A Braselton man is accused of breaking another person’s ribs and injuring the victim’s liver and spleen in a Christmas Day assault, according to authorities. Jason Thomas Akins, 32, is charged with aggravated battery by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. He was booked Sunday in to the Hall County Jail.
