Authorities have identified a man killed Friday afternoon after his motorcycle collided with a passenger vehicle in the area of Beartooth Parkway and Ga. 400 in Dawson County. Charles Arnold Painter, 46, of Hapeville, died in the wreck. The wreck occurred as the motorcycle was being pursued by a Georgia State Patrol officer, according to authorities.
