A Hall County man is accused of transmitting sexually explicit photographs on his cellphone and later tampering with evidence, according to authorities. Roman Fletcher Boychuk, 19, was charged Monday with sexual exploitation of a child. According to authorities, Boychuk allegedly had an “inappropriate relationship with a juvenile” on April 24.
