A Suwanee man was arrested and charged with keeping a place of gambling at a Gainesville gas station, authorities said.

Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad agents arrested Imroze Ramzan Ali Mohammad, 43, on Friday at the Shell station on West Ridge Road.

“The warrant was executed following information that cash payouts were being made from the video poker games within the store,” according to a news release.

Agents seized 31 packages of synthetic marijuana and $13,000 in cash.

Mohammad was taken to the Hall County Jail. He faces an additional charge of possession of synthetic cannabinoids with the intent to distribute.
