Authorities: 2 accused of running Hall chop shop
Rademacher, Parris face multiple theft charges

Two people are accused of operating a chop shop and receiving a stolen utility trailer, according to authorities. Timothy Paul Rademacher, 40, and Tracy Caroline Parris, 39, were indicted Dec. 1 for allegedly running a chop shop in February 2014. According to Georgia code in the indictment, operating a chop shop is to “buy, possess, sell and dispose of motor vehicles and motor vehicle parts illegally obtained by theft, fraud or conspiracy to defraud.”
