An Atlanta man is accused of shooting a woman in the face and causing serious damage to her right eye, according to court documents. Timothy Allen Hill, 25, was charged in a June 21 indictment with criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated battery and aggravated assault, among other charges. He was booked March 26 in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.
