What’s being built at the corner of Lynncliff Drive and Dawsonville Highway?

A self-storage warehouse facility is coming to the intersection of Lynncliff Drive and Dawsonville Highway in Gainesville.

The land disturbance permit for the property was issued in October 2017, and that permit covers one year of development, although the permit can be renewed, according to Sarah McQuade, Hall County planning manager.

The facility is expected to have five different storage buildings with a total of 128,600 square feet and a 2,400-square-foot office, McQuade said.
