Three men are accused of planning to go to a Gainesville man’s location Monday evening with guns and “aiding in the shooting” of the man, according to warrants.

Brandon Scott King, 27, Cheslen Dequan Bell, 20, both of Gainesville, and Kevin Michael Turner, 28, of Gillsville, each face a charge of felony murder in alleged connection to 21-year-old Jaquerian Harrison’s death.

All three men had their first appearance before a Magistrate Court judge Wednesday afternoon, where all were denied bond.

Harrison was rushed around 6:30 p.m. Monday to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds, and he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. He was hanging out with friends in the common area of the Orchard Brook Apartments off of McEver Road, Gainesville Police said.

According to the warrants, all three men are accused of “planning to go to Harrison’s location while armed with a firearm and aiding in the shooting of Harrison.”

Each is accused of possessing a different caliber firearm and was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Turner also faces a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

No new information was released by police Wednesday.

A committal hearing has been scheduled for later this month.
