A Hall County man accused of armed robbery and aggravated assault had his case moved forward to Superior Court. Jonathan Cory Ballenger, 39, is accused of taking a man’s 1991 Ford vehicle, cellphone, cash and wallet between Jan. 25 and Jan. 26. Ballenger was set to have a committal hearing Monday, but his legal counsel was not present.
