Students at Friendship Elementary School in Buford could be seen Monday with books in their hands and hats on their heads, celebrating Dr. Seuss. Monday marked the birthday of Theodor Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, and National Read Across America Day. Throughout the week, schools across the state are celebrating with guest speakers and special events.
