Agenda: Redevelopment of 3.22 acres on Railroad Avenue, Mitchell Street and Church Street into a residential/shopping district known as "Old Town Flowery Branch." Also, a hearing is set on a request by Hampton Inn and Suites, which is under construction on Holland Dam Road, to allow placement of an 80-square-foot wall sign.
