The alleged driver in an armed robbery at a Gainesville gas station in April was arrested this week.

Chelsea Alexsis Manders, 18, was charged earlier this week with one count of armed robbery as a party to the crime, according to a warrant. She was being held at the Hall County Jail Thursday afternoon without bond and has a committal hearing scheduled for Aug. 4.

Manders was charged in an April 22 armed robbery at the Shallowford Road Murphy Express. The warrant alleges Manders was the driver in a robbery that the warrant says involved three men.

The suspects allegedly got away with cigarettes, beer and cash, according to the warrant.

Quillan Leshun Samuels, 18, Matthew Thigpen, 19, and Michael Peoples, 20, were listed on the warrant for Manders. All three men were booked in to the Hall County Jail on armed robbery charges in May. They remained in the jail Thursday afternoon.

The warrant against Manders alleges that Thigpen held the gun on a store employee during the robbery.
