A man was accused of manufacturing marijuana after drug agents reportedly seized 50 marijuana plants from his Murrayville residence, according to authorities.
Jeffrey L. Ingram, 50, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. He was booked Monday in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.
Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad agents and Hall County Sheriff’s Office patrol officers were investigating Ingram and were led to a residence in the 6000 block of Jake Kemp Road.
Agents reportedly found 50 marijuana plants, 6 grams of hash oil in three jars, 11 ounces of loose marijuana and 13 grams of psilocybin mushrooms.
Lt. Don Scalia said the unit also found a butane hash oil device “used to extract THC oil from marijuana, digital scales and packaging materials.”
Scalia said the grow operation was indoors.
The estimated street value of the drugs is $61,765.
No further arrests are anticipated.
