Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested four people Thursday charged with stealing a utility trailer and motorcycle. A patrol deputy stopped the vehicle towing the trailer and Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle in the early morning hours. Deputies discovered both the trailer and motorcycle were stolen from different locations in Hall County.
