A Pennsylvania-based developer has purchased 38 acres of land in Buford to build an approximately 350,000-square-foot industrial and office complex. According to Steve Rowley, vice president of leasing for Liberty Property Trust, the project — Liberty Business Center — will include two “distribution or business center type of buildings” near the junction of I-85 and I-985. The property stretches 38 acres across Gravel Springs Road in Buford near the Gwinnett-Hall county line, and will consist of a 235,000-square-foot building and a 120,000-square-foot building.
