Gainesville police have charged three Gainesville teenagers with 10 counts of burglaries in the Featherbone Building at 999 Chestnut St.

The suspects are Cesar Guerrero, 18, and a 16-year-old and 14-year-old whose names are being withheld because they are juveniles.

They are accused of burglarizing Lanier Technical College’s Manufacturing Development Center, Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center, Simpson Custom Photography, Rettig Logistics, Bio-Trauma and Southeastern Safety and Environmental Supply, Gainesville police Lt. Carol Martin said.

The incidents took place Dec. 30-31 and between Jan. 1 and 4.

“During the course of the investigation, property taken from the businesses was recovered,” Martin said.
