Three Gainesville residents have been arrested on drug charges, authorities said Tuesday. Keith Rollin Surig, 23, of Gainesville was arrested Monday by deputies from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division. He had two outstanding warrants for his arrest stemming from an undercover drug investigation that was started earlier this month, according to Lt. Scott Ware of the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad.
