A public hearing and vote was postponed Thursday, May 16, on a proposed 200-home subdivision off McEver Road north of Gaines Ferry Road in Flowery Branch.

The Flowery Branch City Council voted to put off Caballero Holdings LLC’s request to rezone 51 acres at 6353 McEver Road from light manufacturing to planned unit development.

The property is between McEver and Bell Drive and near the Four Seasons on Lanier community.
The request will be “readvertised, so the public will have notice of when the next public hearing and (vote) will be,” City Attorney Ron Bennett said.
