Two women were injured Tuesday in a wreck on McEver Road near Gaines Ferry Road. Cecelia Marie Payne, 21, is charged with driving under the influence and serious injury by vehicle in the incident, according to the Georgia State Patrol. Payne was driving a 1995 Ford Contour southbound on McEver around 9 p.m. when she left her lane and struck the left side of a Lexus ES350 driven by Deborah R. Warner, 63, of Flowery Branch, according to the patrol.
