For 10 years, Lt. Phil Bowman served at the Hall County Fire Department’s Station 3, a 30-year-old structure meant to be temporary. He’s now a shift supervisor at the newly-minted Station 16. “It’s a huge change,” he said, at the station on Shirley Road and Mount Vernon Road.
