A 19-year-old Hall County man faces child molestation and incest charges for incidents that allegedly occurred between March and April.
Madison Shadburn had his first court appearance Wednesday afternoon. Magistrate Judge Tracy Loggins set a conditional bond for Shadburn at $40,000 and sent the case to Superior Court. He was still being held at the Hall County Jail at press time.
Warrants allege he had sex with a girl between March 1 and April 4 in South Hall.
Under the conditions of the bond, Shadburn can’t have any weapons, consume alcohol or illegal drugs, violate any laws or have any contact with the victim or come within 100 yards of her. Shadburn also was required to waive his Fourth Amendment right to search and seizure without a warrant. Shadburn is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with any child younger than 16 as a condition, as well.
