A 19-year-old Hall County man faces child molestation and incest charges for incidents that allegedly occurred between March and April. Madison Shadburn had his first court appearance Wednesday afternoon. Magistrate Judge Tracy Loggins set a conditional bond for Shadburn at $40,000 and sent the case to Superior Court.
