Sabrina and Michael Bond

Sabrina Lynn Womack and Michael Todd Bond were united in marriage at 6 p.m. May 17, 2008, at Air Line Baptist Church in Gainesville. The bride is the daughter of Darryl and Beverly Womack of Lula. The groom is the son of Deveret and Jackie Bond of Gillsville.

The bride’s father, the Rev. Darryl Womack, performed the ceremony. Pianist Craig Cantrell and vocalists Chip Smith and Doug Harrell presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents. The bride’s sisters Samatha and Sylvia Womack, both of Lula, were maids of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s friend Stepheine Bellette of Lula, the bride’s cousins Vanessa Higdon of Franklin, N.C., and Katherine Womack of Asheville, N.C., and the groom’s sister Rebecca Bond of Gillsville. The bride’s cousin Aubrey Jones of Franklin was the flower girl.

The groom’s father was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s friends Scott Evans of Lula, Scott Hearn of Gainesville, Caleb Davidson of Charlotte, N.C., and Taylor Welborn and Jordan Dunagan, both of Gillsville.

The groom’s friend Jacob Evans of Lula was the ring bearer.

The bride carried her grandfather’s handkerchief.

Vickie Allen and Kathy Jarrard were the wedding coordinators.

Tina Sears kept the bride’s book.

The groom’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Jaemor Farms in Lula on the eve of the wedding.

The bride’s parents gave a reception at Jaemor Farms following the ceremony.  Following a wedding trip to Disney World, the couple resides in Lula.
