William and Emily House

Emily Virginia Vinson and William Morgan House Jr. were united in marriage at 11 a.m. Nov. 11, 2011, at Hyatt Regency Resort in Clearwater, Fla. The bride is the daughter of Leslie Vinson of Gainesville and Joe and Karen Vinson of Flowery Branch. The groom is the son of Bill House of Gainesville and Cathy and Steve Hartley of Gainesville.

The Rev. Tom Green performed the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents. The bride's sister Laura Vinson of Gainesville was maid of honor. The bride's step-sister Kellie Phillips of Athens was the bridesmaid. The groom's niece Mary Morgan Collier of Athens was the flower girl.

The groom's brother Dr. Ron Wilson of Gainesville was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom's friends Chris Hinkley, Brady Bragg and Sheaffer Sorrells all of Gainesville. The groom's nephew Will Andrade of Lutz, Fla., was the ring bearer.

Christina Craft was the wedding coordinator.

The bride carried a sixpence, handkerchief and lace from her grandmother's dress and wore her great-grandmother's ring.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Palm Pavillion in Clearwater, Fla., on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at Hyatt Regency Resort in Clearwater Beach, Fla., following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Sandals Resort and Spa, Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple reside in Gainesville.
