Tracy Lynn Sasser and Christopher Michael Perez were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Sept. 29, 2007, at Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club in Flowery Branch. The bride is the daughter of Pam and Mark Pavlovec of Oakwood and Gina and Ross Sasser of Cumming. The groom is the son of Marilyn and Jim Podgorski and Kristi and Perry Perez, all of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The Rev. David Simpson performed the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's cousin Paige Carter of Clemson, S.C., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's sister Kasey Pavlovec of Lawrenceville, the bride's cousin Holly Justice of Atlanta, the groom's sister Samantha Perez of Cedar Rapids, and the bride's cousin Molly Carter of Westminster, S.C. The bride's cousin Karah Justice of Atlanta was the flower girl.

The groom's friend Garren Sizer of Dallas was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom's friend Dan Lippert of Atlanta, the bride's brother Ben Sasser of Cumming, the groom's friend Kelly Cousins of Cedar Rapids and the bride's cousin Dylan Bauer of Gainesville. The bride's cousin Kain Flores of Gainesville was the ring bearer. Kelly Charles-Collins of K Nicole was the wedding coordinator.

The bride wore a pearl bracelet that was a wedding gift from the groom and a bracelet that was a gift from her father.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at the Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club following the ceremony.

The couple resides in Oakwood.
