Brandi Nicole Owen and Markus Bradley McClain were united in marriage at 3 p.m. March 30, 2008, at North Beach on Tybee Island. The bride is the daughter of Freddy and Paula Seagraves of Murrayville and Tommy Owen of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Jeanie Fouts of Covington and Larry McClain of Gulf Shores, Ala.

The Rev. Steven Schulte performed the ceremony. Guitarist Doug Povie presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father and stepfather. The groom's son Noah McClain of Watkinsville was the ring bearer. Chad Baker was the wedding coordinator.

The bride carried a bouquet with wedding bands attached belonging to the bride's late maternal grandparents and the groom's maternal grandmother.

The bride's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Marlin Monroe's on Tybee Island on the eve of the wedding. The bride's parents gave a reception at the Bamboo Room on Tybee Island following the ceremony.

The couple resides in Watkinsville.
