Sheryl Darlene Fuller and Gary Robert Stevens united in marriage at 11 a.m. Aug. 9, 2008, at the Alpine Wedding Garden Room in Helen. The bride is the daughter of Juanita Myers of Gainesville, the late Claude Myers and the late Paul Brewer. The groom is the son of the late Vera and Jack Stevens.

The bride's daughter Brooke Fuller of Gainesville was maid of honor.

The groom's friend Cliffton Halsey of Gainesville was the best man. The bride's grandson Weston Usher of Gainesville was the ring bearer.

The bride wore a blue garter, her mother's wedding band and the groom's mother's pearl earrings.

A reception was held at the Alpine Wedding Reception Hall in Helen following the ceremony.

Following a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple reside in Gainesville.
