Susan and James Seymour Jr.

Susan Marie Corby and James Herschel Seymour Jr. were united in marriage at 1 p.m. May 3, 2008, at the Historic Flowery Branch Train Depot in Flowery Branch. The bride is the daughter of Maurice and Hazel Dopp of Flowery Branch. The groom is the son of Joan Rogers Seymour of Piedmont, Ala., and the late James H. Seymour Sr.

The bride's niece Patricia Krewson performed the ceremony. Vocalist and sister of the bride Deborah Krewson and a clarinet quartet of Greg Rowell, Ashton Litle, Tyler Corby and Jennifer Moreno presented a program of wedding music. The bride's sister Linda Gillot gave a recitation and Jamie Aroosi was master of ceremonies.

The bride's daughter Jennifer Corby of Brooklyn, N.Y., was maid of honor.

The bride's brother-in-law Edgar Gillot of Oakwood was the best man.

A rehearsal dinner was given at the bride's parent's home in Flowery Branch on the eve of the wedding.

A reception was held at the Historic Flowery Branch Train Depot following the ceremony.

Following a cruise to the western Caribbean, the couple reside in Flowery Branch.
