Lacey Cameron Collins and Joshua Lee Parks were united in marriage at 7 p.m. June 2, 2007, at the Federated Church in Columbus, Neb. The bride is the daughter of Lindsey Jonathan and Shelley Ashburn Collins of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Karyn Sue Parks of Columbus, Neb.

The Rev. Elizabeth Parker performed the ceremony. Organist Jessica Muhle presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride’s friend Terra Classen of Kearney, Neb., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousins Jessica Johnson Caywood of Lenexa, Kan., and Christine Jacobson of Crete, Neb., and the groom’s sister Angie Parks of Columbus, Neb. The bride’s friend Brianna George of Columbus, Neb., was the flower girl.

The groom’s friend Mitchell Way of Columbus, Neb., was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s friends Joshua Podany of Platte Center, Neb, and Thomas Cannon and Adam Brezenski, both of Columbus, Neb. The groom’s friend Gage Traub of Columbus, Neb., was the ring bearer. The groom’s son Jordan Parks and the groom’s niece Gabi Parks were candle lighters.

The bride wore a pearl necklace given to her by her father.

The bride’s family gave a rehearsal dinner at Wunderlich’s Catering in Columbus, Neb., on the eve of the wedding.

The bride’s parents gave a reception at Wunderlich’s Catering following the ceremony.

Following a wedding trip to Yellowstone National Park, Wyo., the couple resides in Columbus, Neb.
