Erin Lindsey Breedlove and Jeffrey Warren Stokey Jr. were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Aug. 25, 2007, at Gainesville First United Methodist Church in Gainesville. The bride is the daughter of Keith Roscoe and Suzan Brandon Breedlove of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Jeffrey Warren and Ann Batson Stokey Sr. of Gainesville.

The Rev. Dr. Terry Walton performed the ceremony. Pianist Tom Barnes, vocalists Michelle Alexander and Carol Vaughan, and organist Keith Jefcoat presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents. The bride’s sister Erica Jill Breedlove of Gainesville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousin Whitney Paige Breedlove of Suwanee, the groom’s sister Rebecca Ann Stokey of Gainesville, and the bride’s friends Amy Louise Coleman and Pyper Hall Macloskie, both of Gainesville, Drew Major Magee of Batesville, Miss., and Kimberly Nicole Hudson of Nashville, Tenn. The bride’s friend Abigail Suzanne Alexander of Gainesville was the flower girl.

The groom’s father was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s brother Patrick Gayle Stokey of Gainesville, the groom’s friends William Daniel Brown, Russell David Dye, and Thomas West Macloskie, all of Gainesville, Joshua Mark Holcombe of Jackson, Miss., and Jeffrey Josiah Waller of Alpharetta.

The bride wore a diamond bracelet and earrings belonging to her mother and diamond earring jackets borrowed from Ginny Crumley, a garter made from her mother’s wedding gown, a handkerchief made by her bridesmaid Amy Coleman and a sixpence given to her by Nell Weigand.

The groom’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at the Chattahoochee Country Club in Gainesville on the eve of the wedding.

The bride’s parents gave a reception at the Smithgall Arts Center in Gainesville following the ceremony. Austin Peal, David Chance and Blake Elder were ushers. Mary Kimmell and Samatha Pass were rose petal girls. Program attendants were Alyssa Hill, Allyson Lance, Sydney Phillips and Kara Preston. Christopher Davidson was the wedding coordinator.Laila Muhanna kept the bride’s book.

Following a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple resides in Gainesville.
