Classic Reuben sandwich

* 2 slices of rye bread

* 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing (to taste)

* 2-4 slices of corned beef (to taste)

* 2 slices Swiss cheese (to taste)

* 1/4 cup sauerkraut (to taste)

* 1/2 teaspoon butter

Take rye bread slices and toast them. Spread butter evenly over both sides of the bread.

Place cheese slices on both sides of the bread.

Heat up sauerkraut and corned beef in separate pans until warm.

Place corned beef on top of cheese, add sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.

Serve.
