Brittney Turner, chairwoman of the Hall County Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers, received the Georgia Farm Bureau 2nd District Young Farmers & Ranchers Excellence in Agriculture Award, according to a Georgia Farm Bureau news release.
