Josten representative Pat Cornelius presented Lakeview Academy yearbook faculty sponsor Brooke Burt and the 2011-12 yearbook staff with the National Yearbook Program of Excellence award. Josten developed the award to recognize schools that continually strive to create a great yearbook for their students by excelling in the creation and distribution of their book. Additional criteria include: A meaningful book for all students; A book that includes a vast majority of the student body; A book distributed to all students; And finally, a staff who meet all the yearbook deadlines.
