Hall County Animal Shelter canine supplies blood for transfusion to save another dog

When Star, a pit bull mix, arrived at the Hall County Animal Shelter a month ago, her prognosis was grim. She had just given birth to a litter of puppies and experienced severe bleeding afterward. The staff’s initial reaction was to euthanize Star, but Dr. Meghan Seabolt held out hope for saving the dog.
