ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. — Brig. Gen. Leslie C. Smithof Gainesville, commander, 20th Support Command was recently promoted to major general during a ceremony Sept. 21. This marks the first time the 20th Support Command will have a major general as commander.Gen. David M. Rodriguez, commanding general, U.S. Army Forces Command hosted the ceremony.
