The student leadership club at Cornestone Schools launches a program to raise donations for the local Humane Society of Forsyth County. Students, parents, teachers and staff spent weeks collecting dog and cat food, cat litter, toys, bones, brushes and blankets for the furry felines and fuzzy dogs, which need supplies all year long. Club members involved in the fundraiser were Lindsey Covington, Ian Davis, Lily Harris, Mary Kathryn Lynch, Kiersten Moran, Emma Siver, Lucas Storz and Jason Aldous.
