Jenna Elizabeth Wellborn and Brandon Eugene Helmers announce their engagement. The groom-elect is the son of Cindy and Jerry Cummberland of Cavecreek, Ariz., and Butch Helmers of Phoenix.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Rose Helmers of Kingman, Ariz., the late Daryl Helmers, Delores Wistrom of Cavecreek, Ariz., and the late Fred Wistrom. He is a 2003 graduate of Career Success High School in Phoenix.

The couple plan to wed March 22, 2009, at The Atrium in Norcross.
