Donald and Shelia Wheeler Pugh of Cleveland announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Celeste Pugh to Cody Jordan Baker, son of Garrison and Susan McCollum Baker of Cleveland.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Paul "Bud" Pugh and the late Dorthy Brogdon Pugh of Suwanee, and Dorsey "Butch" Wheeler and Jackie Wheeler of Sugar Hill.

She is a 2006 graduate of White County High School in Cleveland. She graduated in 2010 from North Georgia College & State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She received a master's degree at Brenau University in Gainesville. She is employed as a accountant at RJC CPA, LLC in Suwanee.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Katie and the late Marvin McCollum of Cleveland, and Buford and Robert Baker and the late Louise Cantrell Baker of Cleveland.

He is a 2003 graduate of White County High School in Cleveland. He is employed as a firefighter and EMT by Gwinnett County Fire Department in Buford.

The couple plan to wed Sep. 24, 2011, at Lake Laceola Clubhouse in Cleveland.
