She is a 2000 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville. She is employed as a sales representative with Bank of America in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late David and Imogene Lancaster and the late Vernon and Willene Williams.

He is a 1986 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville. He is employed as a lab manager with Williams Dental in Gainesville.

The couple plan to wed Oct. 16, 2009, at Calvary Baptist Church in Gainesville.
