Larry and Carol Perkins of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Anna Tolen Perkins to Andrew Hunter Brown, son of Ginger and the late Harold Brown of Jefferson. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Marie and the late Willard Williamson of Griffin, and the late Melvin and Ruby Perkins of Zebulon She is a 2004 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2011 from Lanier Technical College with an associate degree in cosmetology.
