Tim and Leigh O'Dell of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Jenna Leigh O'Dell to Daniel Griffin Moore, son of Roy Moore Jr.. and Angela Moore, both of Flowery Branch.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Peggy M. Turk of Oakwood, Kay W. Herrin of Gainesville, the late Hoyt G. Herrin, Doyle T. O'Dell of Gainesville and the late Sue B. O'Dell.

She is a 2002 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business with a bachelor's degree in general business and marketing.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Merclyn Underwood of Anniston, Ala., Rebecca and Roy Moore Sr. of Jacksonville, Ala., and the late Leo Crumley.

He is a 1998 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. He graduated in 2005 from Lanier Technical College with a degree in firefighting/emergency medical technology. He is employed as a firefighter and emergency medical technician with Hall County.

The couple plans to wed Sept. 20, 2008, at Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch.
