Randy and Kay Lomax of Cleveland announce the engagement of their daughter Stephanie Diane Lomax to Dominic Lee Neville, son of Angie Neville of Monteagle, Tenn., and Tim and Beth Neville of Springfield, Ohio.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Effie Satterfield of Cleveland, the late Leon Satterfield, Mary Lomax of Alto and the late Crawford Lomax.

She is a 1995 graduate of Atlanta Adventist Academy in Atlanta. She graduated in 1999 from Griffin Technical College in Griffin with a degree in criminal justice. She is employed as an operations support and compliance coordinator with Flight Safety International in Atlanta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Wayne and Arlene DeWitt of Stockbridge, Carol Neville of Springfield, Ohio, and the late Charles Neville.

He is a 1996 graduate of Grundy County High School in Monteagle. He is employed as an aircraft fabricator with Atlanta Aviation International in Atlanta.

The couple plan an open-church wedding for 3 p.m. Aug. 16, 2008, at Loudsville United Methodist Church in Cleveland.
