Donald and Sabrina House of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Kelly Elizabeth House to Eric Christopher Johnson, son of Tom Sr. and Gina Johnson of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jerry House of Gainesville, the late Bill House, Laquita Holland of Gainesville and Ray Holland of Clarkesville.

She is a 2002 graduate of Gainesville High School in Gainesville. She is pursuing a degree in practical nursing from Lanier Technical College in Cumming.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Lewis and Juanita Stewart of Gainesville and Charlie and Eva Johnson of Tacoma, Wash.

He is a 1998 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He attended North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega. He is employed as a deputy sheriff with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office in Cumming.

The couple plan an open church wedding for 4 p.m. April 18, 2009, at Northlake Baptist Church in Gainesville.
