Bob and Ginny Hill of Cleveland announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsea Hill to Dustin Biggers, son of Mitchell and Charmane Biggers of Cleveland.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edna Hill of Austin, Minn.
She is a 2007 graduate of Albert Lea High School in Albert Lea, Minn. She graduated in 2011 from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn., with a degree in marketing and a minor in business administration. She is employed as a manager and guide at Chattahoochee Stables in Sautee.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Peggy Biggers of Cleveland and the late Daniel Biggers, and Jerry and Mary Trammell of Dahlonega.
He is a 2003 graduate of White County High School in Cleveland. He graduated in 2009 from Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa Falls with a degree in youth ministry. He attended graduate school at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. He is employed as an associate and youth pastor at Restoration Point Church in Cleveland.
The couple plan to wed April 9, 2016, at The Bridge Church in Cleveland.
