Charles and Cyndi Pinion of Braselton announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Danielle Haygood to Glenn Edward Tanner III, son of William and Veronica Rumble of Lawrenceville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lois Shaw and the late Charles Shaw of Braselton, and the late Lloyd and Irene Haygood of Sandy Springs.

She is a 2007 graduate of Flowery Branch High School in Flowery Branch. She graduated in 2010 from Gainesville State College with an associate’s degree in early childhood education. She graduated from American Professional Institute in 2011 as a certified medical assistant.

The groom-elect is the grandson of David and Sue Benner of Stone Mountain, and Bonnie Tanner of Johnstown, N.Y., and the late Glenn Tanner Sr. of Clearwater, Fla.

He is a 2003 graduate of Collins Hill High School in Suwanee. He graduated in 2005 from Gwinnett Technical College with certification in Linux Network Administration. He is employed as a senior support customer technician by American Megatrend Inc., in Norcross.

The couple plan to wed March 2012, at Zion Baptist Church in Braselton.
