Bonnie and Christopher Gould of Palmetto announce the engagement of their daughter Kimberly Suzanne Gould to Timothy Michael Stice, son of Donna and Thomas Stice Sr. of Flowery Branch.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Doris E. Hinton of Monroe, La.

She is a 2004 graduate of Landmark Christian School in Fairburn. She attended Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland and graduated in 2008 from the University of Mobile in Mobile, Ala., with a bachelor's degree in church music.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the Rev. Ralph and Barbara Burnett of Marietta and the late Edward and Hazel Stice.

He is a 2004 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. He attended Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta and graduated in 2008 from New Tribes Bible Institute in Waukesha, Wis., with an associate's degree in biblical studies.

The couple plans to wed Aug. 9, 2008, at Palmetto Baptist Church in Palmetto.
