David and Barbara Ebrite of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Erin Elizabeth Ebrite to Kenneth Blake Masters, son of Scott and Gina Masters of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of E. Edward and Barbara Ebrite of Cincinnati and Harold Guy of Tyndall, S.D.

She is a 2005 graduate of Chestatee High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2009 from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville with a bachelor’s degree in music education. She is employed as a paraprofessional at Chestatee High School in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Ken and Ruby Masters of Gainesville and Loy and Eleanor Seabolt of Gainesville.

He is a 2005 graduate of Chestatee High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2009 from Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C., with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He is employed as an operating room support technician with Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

The couple plan to wed Jan. 2, 2010, at First United Methodist Church in Gainesville.
