Mr. and Mrs. Randall Dill of Anderson, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter Miss Amy Alyssa Dill to Mr. Kevin Lee Bratton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Baker III of Gainesville and the late Dr. Lee Bratton.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Margaret Dill of Madisonville, Ky., the late Rev. J. Nelson Dill and the late Mrs. Lucy Martin.

She is a 1997 graduate of T.L. Hanna High School in Anderson. She graduated in 2001 from Furman University in Greenville, S.C., with a bachelor's degree in religion. She received a Master of Divinity from Duke University in Durham, N.C. She is the minister at Emma Gray Memorial United Methodist Church in Woodruff, S.C.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Leslie Bassett of Flowery Branch, Mr. Charles Bratton of Coldwater, Mich., and Ms. Shirley Bratton of Hillsdale, Mich.

He is a 1998 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. He graduated in 2002 from the University of Georgia in Athens with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He is employed as a certified financial specialist with Wachovia Bank in Greenville, S.C.

The couple plan to wed August 8, 2009, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Anderson.
