Linda Cole of Murrayville announces the engagement of her daughter Cindy Leigh Cole to Brian Lee Kinney, son of Bobby and Brenda Kinney of Rutherfordton, N.C. The bride-elect is the daughter of late John Cole.

She is a 1991 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. She is employed as an assistant principal with Black's Mill Elementary School in Dawsonville.

He is a 1993 graduate of R-S Central High School in Rutherfordton. He is employed as a minister of music and pastor of senior adults with New Haven Church in Gainesville.

The couple plan to wed April 4, 2009, at New Haven Church in Gainesville.
