Cleveland and Rhonda Brown of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Rebecca Brown to Bradley Dean Faulkner, son of Doug and Jean Faulkner of Clermont.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Marilyn Woodberry Brown McCarver of Gainesville, the late Pierpont Flanders Brown Jr. and the late H.G. "Doc" and Sarah Rebecca Tankersley.

She is a 2004 graduate of Gainesville High School in Gainesville. She plans to graduate in 2008 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor's degree in management and a minor in chemistry.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Lee and Marie Cain of Clermont, Kate Faulkner of Murrayville, and the late Jewell Dean Faulkner.

He is a 2002 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2007 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a minor in chemistry. He is the owner of Dorks-College Textbooks/Café/Wi-fi in Dahlonega.

The couple plans to wed May 10, 2008, seaside in Hilton Head, S.C.
