Junior and Connie Mills of Lula announce the engagement of their daughter Toni Leeann Mills Beck to Kelly Christian Fellows, son of Larry and Sandra Tallant of Dawsonville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Barbara Daniels of Mount Airy and Agnes Mills of Cumming.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Normal Turner of Lawrenceville.

The couple plan to wed Dec. 31, 2009, at Pine Crest Baptist Church in Cumming.
